Twenty-four year old American poker player Galen Hall is the new winner of the PCA 2011 that took place in Bahamas last week. He won a prize of $2,300,000 and beat Chris Oliver who got to the final with 20,000,000 chips more than Hall, who relied on his poker skills to claim the title and the top prize.

Canadian poker player Phillipe Plouff was the first player to leave the final table and took a prize of $202,000. Max Winberg followed him after going all in and being busted by Hall. Winberg left with a $300,000 prize. The game went on in the table as the expectation grew and poker players showed their best game.

A KdJh hand was not enough for Bolivar Palacios to win as he went all in with 1,600,000 and Hall sent him home. Mike Sowers, who was considered one of the candidates to win due to his experience in poker tournaments, was busted an hour later and ended in fifth place with $700,000. Sam Stein left the table with a million dollar prize and Romanian player Anton Ionel ended third.

Chris Oliver and Galen Hall went to the heads up to decide who the best player was, with the San Francisco poker player, who played free online poker, holding 20,000,000 chips less than Oliver but looking quite calmed throughout the poker game. Finally, Hall claimed the victory and the money, which he will use to pay for college.
